The fastest way
Email tomas@itfirma.eu. I read every message personally. To help me help you, please include:
- The name of the app and its version (Settings → in-app About, if available).
- Your device and iOS version (e.g., iPhone 15, iOS 18.4).
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one.
Response time
I aim to reply within two working days. Slovak public holidays and weekends may add a small delay.
Billing & subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, or use apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. For refunds, use Apple's Report a Problem page — only Apple can issue refunds for App Store purchases.
